The Dade side made one change to the squad from their 2-1 defeat to Aduana Stars last weekend in Dormaa Ahenkro.

AshantiGold’s midfield took control of the game and launched attacks on the Olympics backline, one of such attacks got the the equalizer in the 45th minute. Amos Addai scored to make it 1-1.
After recess the Obuasi-based club scored their second goal through substitute Yaw Annor who replaced Amos Addai.
The match ended 2-1 and AshantiGold will face Medeama SC on Saturday while Accra Great Olympics will play Inter Allies FC away.
