Barcelona coach Xavi is reluctant to sell Eze Abde this summer.
In recent hours there has been speak of a transfer for Abde to Villarreal. The Moroccan website Lions de l’Atlas reported that there was an offer of eight million euros, as coach Unai Emery likes him.
At Barcelona, however, they have no intention of selling a player who has done well whenever needed in the first team.
Xavi counts on him and he’ll be in preseason with the rest of the squad from July 4.
The coach sees him as a differential winger, with the ability to beat a man, and audacity, a valuable type. The coach is also waiting to see what happens with regards to other potential winger arrivals.
